Orders will normally be dispatched within a day or two of receiving an order.

Non U.K. orders will be subject to additional p&p charge, which will be the actual postage cost to where you live.  An estimate can be provided on request if you email mail@rubbleshop.co.uk.

Due to the small size of this business, most orders must be paid for in advance, as if you forget to pay, that could be a quarter of my annual turnover lost!

Returns will be accepted if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, within 3 weeks of despatch. However, the postage charge cannot be refunded as that cost has been incurred by me in sending you the specimen.

Due to the small turnover, I am unable to accept credit or debit card transactions - Sorry.

Some of these specimens are very fragile. Specimens which would not survive normal transport can only be provided to buyers who are able to collect them themselves from Torbay, Devon, UK. Such specimens are clearly marked as such on this site.

I apologise that these terms are not as generous as a proper business might offer, but the more you order, the more likely I will reach a turnover at which I can offer you better terms than these.
